Brad has represented clients in all aspects of family law matters for over twenty-five years. During that time, he has represented clients in Cook, Will, DuPage, Grundy, Lake, McHenry and Kankakee County. During those years, Brad has become very familiar with the practices, procedures and rules of these counties and has earned a reputation of being a hard working, zealous advocate for his clients. Currently, Brad practices in Cook, Will and DuPage Counties where he has successfully represented clients in all aspects of family matters including custody, visitation, support, asset allocation, debt allocation and enforcement of Court’s orders. As a sole practitioner, when Brad is retained, all of the responsibilities of litigation and representation are assumed by him. Brad will personally handle all aspects of your case without assigning any legal responsibilities to associates or unknown or unfamiliar attorneys. This allows the client to have a level of comfort and secure feeling as to their representation knowing that any information or strategy will not be lost between partners and associates.
